The instructor, Cheryl Lee Steven, is a Certified Master Yoga Teacher. She holds certifications in Kripalu Yoga, Mindfulness Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Warriors International. Her ongoing pursuit and research into enhancing the quality of life through self-care practices led her to the MELT Method, a revolutionary approach and proactive method to help maintain vitality through the aging process. Using simple self-care techniques, MELT rehydrates the connective tissue (fascia) helping the body function more efficiently, releases stuck stress, relieves chronic pain, rebalances the nervous system, and enhances the sense of aliveness in the body.
