Your coach will ask you about your goals, availability, and what you liked the most and based on that will suggest a custom plan that’s perfectly tailored just for YOU. Your plan will consist of whatever you prefer: in-studio, virtual or on-demand training. During the month you will log your workouts in our Balance Book, it’s fun, engaging and gamified.
